This design studio based at Aotea Harbour services the greater Waikato and Bay of Plenty specialising in rural and beachside residential architecture.

Denton Perry started his design career under the direction of Dutch Bauhaus architect Matthias (Bart) Wevers in Masterton during the mid 60s. After practicing in Tauranga from the mid 70s to 2005 he moved to Aotea Harbour to continue producing residential design incorporating the clean simple lines of this influencing discipline.

The underlying philosophy of Architecture Aotea is to produce exciting and practical design layout solutions focused on honest materials, function and form.
